150 martinis, shake not stirred

For Christmas, I received a mandoline.  Today, I went on a bit of a slicing spree.  I now have about 5 pounds of lemon slices about 3 millimeters in thickness.  If anyone’s having a party and plans on serving 100-200 gin martinis, tell me.
