		<description>You&#039;ve got a point, Rob.  It may simply be a meme that someone picked up through the ether.  I did some googling and the phrase popped up a lot used by people I doubt have seen the New Yorker comic.    I only saw it after it was referenced on NPR, but I&#039;d argue there&#039;s a bit of difference between icanhascheezburger.com and NPR.  The former is far more useful.</description>
