The 5-C tournament had more participants than the T2 Tournament. Â Tee hee hee. Â Anyway, while playing against another player’s B team, we got rather noisy, which is par for me and a bit of crowd gathered to see basic land after basic land come into play and horrible common creatures like Silkwing Scout deliver beatings. Â I then get a voicemail message from the TO: “I don’t know if you can hear this, but try to keep it down, you’ve got a bit of crowd so that should hold in the noise, but please keep it down”. Â The beauty is that I put my phone ringer as “1-beep” so I don’t hear it most of the time. Â This would explain why I got the evil eyeball a 1/2 dozen times when I looked at the TO.

I can't believe I ate the whole thing
I was planning on going the 5-Color tournament today and having 8 people show up demanding I pay out the prizes I promised, which came to about 220 dollars and receiving 90 in admission. Â Thus the only way of breaking even was to win my own event. Â Instead, everyone was pleasant, we scaled back the prizes, and Mikey N. took a picture of what is arguable the largest presumably human generated turd I’ve ever seen. Â We were speculating as to what happened, and what could have caused the 4″ diameter loaf to have been pinched. Â So best we can think, someone accidentally ate a piece of roof gutter, and that is what emerged. The competing theory is that the turd was so big, it actually shat the person.

I wanted to offer a specific card, Chaos Orb as a prize for a tournament I’m holding today. Â After I won one on eBay on Tuesday I emailed the seller to see if I could picking it up directly from him after discovering his house was practically on the way to the tournament site. Â I received no response until Thursday whereas they stated they didn’t like pick-ups as they had a problem with one previously, he then states he can express mail it to me. Â Okay, how much I think, nothing… So, instead of me picking up the card and paying in cash, the fellow instead spend 23 dollars to have something overnighted a net distance of 16 miles plus the fact they now had to pay paypal fees. Â w00t efficiency!
